*JUST SERVICED & FILM TESTED*

Meet the Nikon L35AD2 - affectionately nicknamed the "Pikaichi" in Japan, meaning "best of the best." Released in the late 1980s as part of Nikon's celebrated L35 One-Touch series, the AD2 pairs a sharp f/2.8 Nikon lens with fully automatic operation and a built-in date back, making it one of the most user-friendly compact film cameras Nikon ever produced.

✔ One-touch, fully automatic operation – Simply point, press the shutter, and shoot. Autofocus, auto-exposure and auto-flash are all handled for you, making the L35AD2 as close to foolproof as film cameras get.

✔ Sharp 35mm f/2.8 lens – A Nikon lens with 4 elements in 3 groups delivers crisp, contrast-rich results that punch well above the L35AD2's compact, budget-friendly class.

✔ Reliable active-infrared autofocus – Focuses accurately from 0.7m to infinity, so you can shoot spontaneously without worrying about missing focus.

✔ Built-in auto-flash – A pop-up flash fires automatically in low light (Guide Number 10), with DX-coded ISO detection from ISO 50–1600 for accurate exposure across most film.

✔ Compact body  – Measuring 125 x 73 x 53mm and weighing 330g without batteries, the Nikon L35AD2 is small enough to carry everywhere.

The Nikon L35AD2 is a charming slice of late-'80s Nikon engineering — genuinely easy to use, sharp where it counts, and full of character. Whether you're a first-time film shooter or just want a reliable point-and-shoot for everyday adventures, the L35AD2 delivers.

Battery Requirement – This reusable film camera operates with 2x AA batteries, plus 1x CR2032 lithium battery for the date-back function (all sold separately).
