Our Domestic Shipping Policy (Australia):
The 35mm Club offers regular and express shipping for all products via Australia Post.
If your order is over $100 AUD, your order automatically qualifies for free express shipping!
Order sent by our shipping carrier (Australia Post) is automatically insured for $100 AUD. If your order is over $100 AUD, The 35mm Club advises that you add additional coverage via our shipping partner Route when placing your order. Please see below for more information regarding our partnership with Route.
Our International Shipping Policy:
As of July 1st, 2024, The 35mm Club will be able to ship all orders worldwide! The 35mm Club offers regular and express shipping for all products via Australia Post to all countries, except Russia and Sudan.
If your order is over $100 AUD, your order automatically qualifies for free international regular shipping! Please note that The 35mm Club only covers the shipping transit fee and does not cover the cost of any import taxes or duties. Our store is unable to collect these taxes or duties, meaning the customer will need to bear these costs once their order arrives at their local customs office. Please clarify with your local customs offices beforehand regarding any additional cost that may incur when you place an order from The 35mm Club.
Orders sent by our shipping carrier (Australia Post) is automatically insured for $100 AUD. If your order is over $100 AUD, The 35mm Club advises that you add additional coverage when placing your order.
Additionally, due to rules and regulations stipulated by our shipping carrier, we cannot send film camera batteries outside of Australia.
For claims made for orders lost/damaged/stolen in transit via shipping carrier (Australia Post):
At The 35mm Club, we take great care in packaging your orders. To protect your purchases, our store offers optional Australia Post shipping insurance. If your order is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit, you will receive monetary compensation equal to your order value. This optional shipping insurance can be toggled on before placing an order at checkout.
If you choose not to add shipping insurance and your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, we regret to inform you that The 35mm Club and our shipping carrier, Australia Post, will be unable to assist with any compensation claims. However, if you do opt-in for shipping insurance and your order is lost, damaged or stolen in transit, to receive compensation you will need to contact our shipping carrier, Australia Post to initiate a resolution/claim.
